From AMHS to PAF Base Noor Khan – A Journey Fueled by Vision and Discipline
My name is Talib Hussain Bhutta, and I am proud to be serving at PAF Base Noor Khan. Looking back on my journey, one institution stands out as the root of my success — Amna High School (AMHS).
AMHS was not just a school for me — it was a place where I learned discipline, respect, and the value of serving my country. The environment here was unique: firm, yet friendly; structured, yet supportive. The one person who shaped this culture was our visionary founder, Brigadier (R) Siraj Ahmed (Late).
His legacy is not just in the buildings of AMHS, but in the lives he touched and the principles he instilled. I was one of those fortunate students who grew up inspired by his personality — a true soldier, a leader, and a man of integrity. His presence and leadership taught us to walk with pride, speak with purpose, and dream with direction.
The values I learned at AMHS — punctuality, perseverance, patriotism — became my strength when I entered professional service. Today, as I serve at PAF Base Noor Khan, I carry with me the training and mindset instilled during my school years.
To my juniors: make the most of this golden time. You are being prepared for greatness — just like I was.
Thank you, AMHS, and heartfelt tribute to Brig (R) Siraj Ahmed (Late), whose vision still guides us.
